When Will I Get My Stuff?

We search far and wide to find great deals! Part of the reason our prices are so amazing is that we do not carry inventory, eliminating the need for expensive warehousing and allowing us to pass the savings to you. Getting the deals we find into your hands requires a few simple steps.

  1. You order cool stuff at the best prices - guaranteed.
  2. Our Merchandising Team places your orders with our vendors within 24-48 business hours.
  3. Items are shipped directly from our vendors. If you ordered multiple items in a single order, each item may be shipped separately and could arrive several days apart. Orders are drop-shipped right to you.
  4. Most items will be delivered within 5-10 business days (many orders arrive sooner). Some exclusive brand deals may take a little longer, as noted on the individual item's page.
  5. It may take 3-7 business days for tracking updates to be available, depending upon the vendor.
  6. Once your item ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  7. Your cool stuff arrives.

Tax Information

viperks is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio (don't hate the player, hate the game). If you are shipping to Ohio, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

At the moment, any orders shipped outside of Ohio do not require tax be added to your total.

Making a Return? No Sweat.

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. Here's a few things to know about product returns:

Eligibility Window
  • To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
  • Please be sure to check the deal's Fine Print to see which shipping terms and return options are available for a particular item.

You'll receive a refund back to your original payment method. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the viperks Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Return Your Package via US Postal Service or FedEx
For US Postal Service
  1. Take your package to a US Post Office. Find locations here.
  2. Be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
For FedEx
  1. Take your package to a FedEx store. Find locations here.
  2. Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.

Shipping Costs

viperks will also cover return shipping charges whenever we are able to do so - we never want you to feel shortchanged!

Exceptions are: Large, oversized items and products delivered by special carriers are not eligible for free shipping or free returns, except for manufacturer’s defects. An item is considered large or oversized if it weighs more than 40 lbs., its longest side is more than 40″ inches, or its girth is more than 80 inches. Girth = longest side + (width x 2) + (depth x 2).

Shipping Labels

Shipping labels must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Place return label on package provided to you by viperks. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and placed in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Please be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

Some Frequently Asked Questions

Can shipping be expedited?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer expedited shipping. Since we do not warehouse the items ourselves, we have to follow the shipping timeframes of our vendors.

Can I change the shipping address on my order once it has been placed?
If you accidentally listed the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Some of our deals ship really fast, and we won’t be able to change a shipping address if your item is already on its way.

Why is my tracking information incomplete?
It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be generated once we receive notification from the vendor that your item has shipped. Please be patient!

My tracking status says Processed. What does that mean?
"Processed" means that your order is being reviewed and processed by our vendor or shipping warehouse and will be on it’s way to you soon.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Orders shipped via UPS or Federal Express must be sent to a street address.
